“So where do those two guys [LeBron & DWade] measure up against Kobe? Kobe is a scientific dawg. He works out every day, practices every day. Most of the other stars are just dawgs, not scientific dawgs. Me, I’m a freak-of-nature dawg because of my size. LeBron could be a scientific dawg like Kobe, but he’s got a lot going on like I did, so that’s preventing him from being one.”
I knew Shaq’s book would be good for the fact that Shaq has always shown to the the speak-your-mind type. He mentions many names in Uncut, and we know he’s not afraid of retribution form any players. that alone mean’s Shaq’s gonna keep it real, and he does. And if you like the NBA, this book is worth it alone for the insider stories Shaq shares — his back-and-forth Kobe ‘feud;’ almost coming to blows with Pat Riley; why he compared Chris Bosh to Rupal. This book was a fast read — the stories just flow when they’re a first-person account. Definitely worth it for any basketball fan.
