I’m training for the Miami Marathon happening in January 2017. The 10+ mile runs necessary in training are no joke – especially in the Miami humidity.
But when I’m feeling the tightening muscles and notice that in no longer producing sweat from my pores, I just ask myself one question over and over:
Can you take ONE more step?
If the answer is yes, I keep running.
This episode is about that internal conversation and how you’ll use it on the tough days in your life. Because you’ve been through enough of them already to know that they happen. And you’re not so naive as to believe they’ll never happen again.
