  1. This comes back to the 48 hour challenge and I still haven’t gone longer than two hours of focusing on what I want. I’m not even sure it’s got to that, but two hours in I’ve noticed that my mind has wandered so I’m getting better at noticing.

    One thing if I had nothing, give me the Work On Your Game podcast and I guarantee I’ll be back stronger than ever. The great thing about the podcast is that it takes the wisdom you’ve achieved from a variety of sources, could be books, experiences and puts them in an accessible format.

    If something knocks you off course, work on yourself to get the fuel to come back stronger. Take notes, review your notes, weekly, monthly. Know your plan and make sure your self development and your goals align. Take the time to work on yourself. In any success you’re the most important factor.

    Everyday I listen to your podcast Dre, Read a blog post. Write a comment. I like doing that as it 1. Lets you know the points I got, 2. It reinforces what I’ve just learned, the information I’ve just received. You’ve just got to keep coming back and taking in the information until it’s internalized. Until it’s a part of you.
