  1. A powerful combination, Great Expectations and the 48 hour think only about what you want challenge. Am doing both and I’m getting better at them.

    As strange as it sounds but sometimes I forget that I have a body, a couch potato lifestyle for a lot of my life, and that it’s a powerful force for moving the mind. Will be using it more, especially when the mind gets stuck.

    I always learn a lot from the podcast, just the repetition of ideas boosts me. A great episode Dre.

    • Exactly. Feeding your mind with uplifting material definitely makes a tangible difference.
