Oftentimes when you’re doing a hard task, whether it be in sports or in your work, you’ll tend to go on auto pilot mode and just go through the motions. I’m here to tell you today that you need to constantly keep your foot on the gas pedal and not coast.
[10:37] 1) You can’t do anything smoothly if you’re not actually good at it.
[14:31] 2) You need to have a reason to do what you’re doing.
[19:33] 3) Do not measure yourself by the competition.
[23:50] 4) Do the hard work in the dark and make it look easy in the light.
[25:53] 5) Keep your foot on the gas.
