No one’s past is perfect. We all have swing-and-miss moments where the smallest change would have made all the difference. There will always be outcomes we didn’t get.
How can we get over this stuff? How can we put past situations behind us and move forward – stronger than we would have even if it HAD worked out? I’ll share with you today exactly how to get over regrets.

Great follow on from the regrets episode Dre. Especially love point number 1, Accept it and include it in your story. Got the girl but didn’t follow through and so lost the girl. If you don’t follow through with what you say you’re going to do the opportunity goes. Same with anything in life. Didn’t follow through with my film career way back when, the opportunity was right in front of me and I didn’t take it. That’s actually more of a sin than not having the opportunity in the first place.
That was more my downfall, not following through. However, dwelling on it doesn’t change it, so it will be part of my story, a cautionary tale for others and the chance for me to go BIGGER, BOLDER.
Thanks Dre, always appreciated.
Good way to see it Colin!
