I’m often asked what I would say to my younger self.

The Answer: Everything!

Everything I share is something I wish I’d known the day, month or year before. But since I can’t talk to Younger Me, you benefit from it in the form of books, speaking, coaching, podcasts, blogs, videos and the rest.

Today, learn how our “wish I’d known” conversations can still help us now, even if an opportunity is gone.

  1. What would I share?
If you’re on a roll don’t stop. The second you stop you have to start over, keep going. If you hit your goal, set a new one.

Make sure you have BIG goals, the BIGGER the goal the better.

Make sure you have goals for every area of your life. Find your purpose, your why. It’s important.

I hated school but it’s one of those things, make it work for you. Find the things your passionate about and use school to learn and develop those things. If you’re not in school, continue your education, books, podcasts, courses.

Procrastination is a waste of time, yet it’s very easy. Easy is the enemy here. Comfort is too.

The older you get the less time you have, but it’s never too late.

Take notes when learning. Go over your notes. Internalize what you’re learning.

Any first draft, writing etc, do it fast, then edit and redo. Get it done.

Take care of your body. Find an exercise you love doing. Find a nutrition plan that’s right for you.

Dre has the best information on confidence anywhere on the internet. Use it, Apply it.
