Today we talk about closing the sale.
You can effectively sell something to a person and persuade someone that you have a solution to their problem, but without closing they won’t take any action and just carry on with whatever they’re doing.
Closing is making others take action on the thing that you have sold them on. This is the 4’th and final step that most people leave out in the selling process.
