  1. This is where you need to sit down and write down all the ways you can help yourself out of a situation, whatever that may be.

    Need to take my own advice there as I’m currently in a situation I’m not too happy about but I am working on solutions to that, so I know I’m moving forward which actually boosts my confidence, once you know you can control the situation.

    It can be easy to get caught up in the negative but you need to cut it off quick, realise you’re in a negative loop and quickly replace it. Negativity can be sneaky if you allow it. I’m getting better and quicker at spotting it. Still haven’t managed 48 hours of only thinking of what I want but am still working on getting there.
