The Holidays are coming up. Which means vacation time, no school, some days off from work, a chance to relax and recoup.

You have nothing to do, you say? I’ll help you out.

Average people vegetate when everyone else vegetates. They start work on their New Year’s resolutions on January 1. Average people don’t listen to the Work On Your Game podcast.

Use what I tell you today to get yourself ahead of the pack over the Holidays.

  1. I’ll be here over the holiday season, working on myself so I can work on my game. I’ve got it worked out where the morning to early afternoon is for family, the rest of the day is where I work. Same with New Year.

Am building my routine with your 100 mental game best practices as a guide, it’s a very useful reference. If you’re struggling add one new discipline until it becomes a routine, then add another and so on til you’re an unstoppable force.

Thanks for the reminder here Dre that the work doesn’t stop just because it’s a holiday. Always appreciated.

If you don’t have it get the 100 mental game best practices, use it and make 2017 your best year ever. Invest in yourself.

    • Great idea Colin, making time for personal and work stuff. Glad the book is useful for you!
