Need to know who you are, who your target market is. Once you know these things you’ll know who you’re looking for and how you can relate to them, connect with them.
Create a group of people who stand for something. Know what you’re doing and where you’re going. Read the book How the world sees you, see Dre’s reading list. It’s a great book, only part way through it myself but it’s opening my eyes.
Approval seeking sucks, you can’t win that game. Be you, be the best version of you.
