By the mid-1900s, it had become accepted wisdom that it was humanly impossible for anyone to run a mile in under four minutes. This “fact” was printed in newspapers and books; people stopped even trying to do it.

Then Roger Banister broke the four minute mile four minute mile “Minutes” in 1952. Within the next 10 years, many other people also broke the four minute mile.

Everyone accepted one story, until that story was proven incorrect. Then, everyone accepted a brand-new story.

What stories do you have?

Today’s show is about your internal dialogue, any self imposed limits, and the stories you’ve been telling yourself.

Our entire thought process is the story, a back-and-forth conversation a question and answer we have with ourselves. The stories you tell yourself, create the reality you live.

And reality is relative. When your story changes, your reality changes. And when your reality changes, you do different things, producing a completely different life.

Today, let’s examine your stories. Your life hangs in the balance.
