#567: If You’re Not OVER-Prepared, You’re Under-Prepared [WOYG Podcast]
When I travel, I always pack workout gear. Usually I pack at least one more set than I even plan to use. I never know when the workout bug may hit. And while on the road, routines aren’t there to serve me. And I usually end up using that extra set.
A few days ago I told you how things won’t ever go according to your plans.
Which means, by definition, your preparation should reflect a lot more than an amateur-level expectation of things going as you’ve wished and hoped. You should be ready for putting out twice these ergy, spending 5x the money, and needing 10x the time put into it.
You need to be over prepared for anything important to you.
