In the daily rush to be more, do more and get more, we can forget what we already have. We forget about our achievements while staring in the direction of others’. We get used to what we have so quickly that we forget what it felt like to not have it.
And we create stories in our minds about where we should be and what we should have done by now, comparing them to our realities, and create negative energy by sheer force of imagination
Thankfulness – staying cognizant of what you have in the face of what you want – cures all of that.
