You can’t sell anything if you’re not well-versed on follow-up. But you’re not in sales, though, so that doesn’t apply to you. Right?
You know that’s not the case. We’re all in sales, which means we all need to know how, why and how often we need to follow up to get things done.
You’ve been following up with yourself literally all your life. Any ideas, opinions or beliefs that you’ve had for a long time have been followed up on so many times that you don’t even remember when you sold yourself on the thought. This is a concept I covered in The Mental Workbook.
Follow-up breaks down resistance and indifference. It gets your ideas across and accepted. It changes people’s minds from don’t-care to ok-I’ll-listen. It separates you from the pack since most people never follow up even once.
Today I’ll show you why and how it’s done.
