Your brand, as people like me say all the time, is what other people say about you when you’re not around. IT’s what people think and feel about you, and what comes to mind when your name gets brought up.
This definition makes branding seem out of your control, though — what someone else says may not be the thing you want people to know and feel about you. How can you control the branding process? That’s the topic today.
