The feeling or belief that one can rely on someone or something; firm trust.
Your confidence — or lack thereof — will determine what you’ll do in life. The higher your confidence level, the more things you’ll believe yourself capable of, thusely the more you’ll attempt; in turn, the more you’ll actually do. Confidence will be covered in the Mental Handbook (coming December 2013) and my full-length confidence book is coming n 2014. Until then, utilize these posts and blogs on the topic.
