In our culture of material things, we are always looking at what we can acquire next – the new smartphone, clothes we just have to buy, that last piece of food we can’t pass up (guilty). All of this accumulates and before you know it, you’re moving a lot slower than you wanted to.
Try something counterintuitive, then: get rid of things. Eliminate some people. Eradicate some old, useless ideas. You’ll feel 15 pounds lighter.
