I read this once, how simple it is.
Think about what your goal is, whatever it may be.
Then, ask yourself why you want to do that. Then ask why to that answer. Ask why to that answer. Again and again, until you come to a final conclusion.
That’s your Why. If that Why doesn’t move you to action, you need a new goal or new goals. You can work backwards, with a Why that does move you, and expanding outward to find a goal that aim at the Why.
