What if you put on blinders for a week?

When jockeys ride race horses, blinders are on the sides of the horse’s face to keep the horse looking straight ahead, not able to pay attention to any peripheral happenings.

What if you did that?

Try it for a week: You only pay attention to the things that matter to you. Yeah, you can still browse your Instagram and skim Twitter, and then you get back to your own business with no energetic buy-in to what they’re doing. An attention diet of sorts.

Who knows? You may change the fitness of your mind with this.
