I killed another presentation today. The topic was discipline for business people in the workplace.
One point I made in my 90 minute session was about Renting vs Owning: finding people who take full ownership of their work and lives vs those who do only what they’re supposed to do and nothing more.

And when I say full responsibility, it applies to everything. Anything and everything around you is your fault. And through you may not have caused it, you’re responsible for it — able to respond to it.
No responsibility = unable to respond. You’re stuck where you’re at.
Look for more ways to be an Owner. It’s the only way to make your life truly yours.
