The 8AM List

The 8AM List | Dre BaldwinI like to start my days early; if you didn’t see my vid about that you should follow me on Periscope (@DreAllDay) and/or look out for the forthcoming YouTube video about it. There’s a certain list of things I like to get done by 8am every day:

  • Exercise (some combination of bball, running, or weights)
  • Personal development (affirmations, reading, listening)
  • 3 Contacts (emails, texts, or calls)
  • Write (blog post, books)
  • Objectives (have at least 3 clear objectives to complete that day)

When I have done these by 8am, I’m set up for a great day.
