[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]I meditate daily. Never sitting in one spot, eyes open, and not cross-legged either. There’s no right or wrong way to meditate. Though I do it daily, I’d never thought of meditation the way I read someone explain it yesterday (paraphrasing) —

The reason it’s called a “practice” is that it’s not about the fifteen minutes in which you’re meditating — it’s to prepare you for the 23h45m when you’re NOT meditating. You’re practicing for the rest of the day.
